Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products offered on our store.

A product can be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition at the time of purchase and still sealed in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 3 days and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.

You must provide photos of the product along with your city, address, and order number in order to process an exchange in case the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

A full refund will be issued if the product you received is completely different from the description on our product page.
